Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TSN Digital Solutions website and the Spark Ecosystem (Spark Pay, Spark Legal, Spark Artisan), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Spark Ecosystem

The Spark Ecosystem provides unified digital services. Your use of specific sub-services is governed by additional conditions:

  • Spark Pay: Financial transactions are processed in compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. You must provide accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.
  • Spark Legal: We provide a platform connecting you to legal services and documentation. We are a technology provider, not a law firm.
  • Spark Artisan: We connect users with service providers. While we verify providers, we are not liable for disputes arising directly from services rendered.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. TSN Digital Solutions uses Biometric Handshake and End-to-End Encryption, but you must ensure your local devices remain secure.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, H-Seal Verification technology, and software used in the Spark Ecosystem are the property of TSN Digital Solutions and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, TSN Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the ecosystem.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
